In 2021, in our mid-50s, we made a major life change. We had recently closed a downtown business where we had devoted the majority of our time and energy. With more time on our hands, we started venturing out into parks and woodlands, hiking around, and simply enjoying the beauty of nature. We quickly realized the striking contrast between city life and the tranquility of nature, inspiring us to embark on a journey towards a completely new lifestyle.

We decided to sell our home in the bustling city and instead purchased an old, abandoned farm in the peaceful countryside. We invite you to join us as we share our experiences of growing and developing our homestead, and most importantly, learning about farm life from the ground up.
